Hi, I'm Jonathan
I’m a strategist, builder, and convener who helps funders and nonprofits turn big ideas into real impact.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked across philanthropy, education, and social justice organizations — designing initiatives, building partnerships, and helping organizations grow their capacity to make lasting change.
I approach every project with creativity, curiosity, and clarity. My role is to help build the systems and strategies that make bold ambitions achievable.

From concept to launch, I help design, plan, and scale initiatives that move ideas from vision to implementation.
I provide backbone support, design organizational and governance structures, and facilitate partnerships so complex efforts stay aligned and effective.
I work with executive directors, boards, and teams to develop and implement development strategies, craft compelling materials, and strengthen donor relationships.
I partner with individual donors and foundations to craft giving strategies and connect their resources to efforts that align their giving with their values and the difference they aspire to make.
Whether for strategy sessions, board retreats, or cross-sector convenings, I create fun, engaging, and productive spaces to foster deep learning and help teams move from ideation to action.
